Hey everyone!! We have been in Nepal for about 4 weeks now! We only have a week left here, + then we head to Eswatini! Nepal has been amazing. This has for sure been my favorite country in so many ways!! For starters, Nepal is BEAUTIFUL! The mountains are gorgeous + it is such a joy to get to see them every day! The first week we were here, we went white water rafting through the Himalayans + we got to see Mount Everest which was such a fun experience!
The people here are amazingly kind + so hospitable! The family we are staying with has just been incredible to us! We are also able to be a part of a church community here (something I haven’t had since the Race began) which has been an amazing blessing! The Lord has shown me so much about the body of Christ + utilizing different gifts for the same purpose through them! It has been so sweet to get to know the church family very closely!
We’ve had mostly the same schedule every week which has been amazing! Every Saturday, we have our church service! It is so sweet to be a part of the church! After the service, we have youth hang out! We get to sit in small groups + share what we’re struggling with + how the past week was for us! It’s been so sweet to share in the body of Christ in this way!
On Sundays, we have “God Talk”! This is a Holy Spirit focused, prophetic + healing ministry! We’ve seen the Lord move through healings, deliverances from demon possession, + prophesies!!
Mondays + Tuesdays are our adventure day + sabbath!! We get these two days off to spend time with the Lord, rest, recharge, + adventure!!
Wednesdays are my favorite day! We get to evangelize in the city all day + invite people to worship night that night! I’ve seen the Lord move in so many amazing + powerful ways through this ministry!
Thursdays + Fridays change every week! We’ve spent them going to orphanages, doing house visits, + praying over a temple!!
This is just a glimpse of what my weeks look like logistically! There will be another blog soon telling you stories of how the Lord is moving!!
